Not every offer is already a viable project.

Not every interest matches the actual requirements.

MES brings both sides together – reviewed, aligned and supported.

Our promise

Your time deserves a reliable foundation.

MES never passes on projects unreviewed. We first clarify what is actually in place, which information is missing and under which conditions a transaction can make sense. Only then do we bring the right parties together.

Illustrative example

Translation

We translate requirements into a shared basis for decisions.

The project owner asks
“Is this investor genuinely interested – and a good fit for my project?”
The investor asks
“Does the project really meet the conditions described?”

MES answers these questions before early conversations turn into a time-consuming process.

Process

From the first conversation to after closing.

01

Understand goals and starting point

In an introductory meeting we learn who you are, what you want to achieve and under which conditions a collaboration can fundamentally work.

02

Agree role, scope and mandate

We define who we act for, which tasks we take on and which conditions apply. Only then does the actual work begin.

03

Qualify the project or investment profile

We review a project's fundamentals or sharpen your investment profile – and afterwards know who to present a project to, or which projects fit you.

04

Work through documents, KYC and open prerequisites

We review and structure the data room, conduct KYC processes and identify apparent gaps as far as we are able to.

05

Bring the right parties together and align terms

We align project status, requirements, price expectations and transaction terms early. Differences are addressed before they become obstacles.

06

Support reviews, negotiations and closing

We coordinate advisors and due diligence processes and support negotiations through to closing.

We remain available after closing, too.

Our stance

To us, partnership also means raising open questions early.

We do not only say what seems possible. We also make visible what is still missing, where expectations diverge and which conditions must be met for the next step.

What we stand for

Next step

Let us assess what is possible.

A first conversation clarifies where you stand, what you want to achieve and whether working together makes sense.
